Invoicing

For most, the CLA Education Licence period starts on the 1st August every year. 

The Licence cycle is different for schools and Language schools - for those establishments the renewal starts on the 1st of April every year.

Even though we contact you a few weeks before the Licence renewal is due to check for updated figures and set up your renewal, we can't issue the invoice until after the 1st of August date has passed. 

Usually we will be able to send the invoice during the first two weeks of August. 

Please don't worry - your Licence cover will continue without interruption (subject to payment of the invoice 30 days after invoice date). The slightly later invoice date is due to internal processes at CLA and doesn't impact on the continuation of your Licence cover.
