Licence Certificates

We no longer issue CLA Licence certificates by default on renewal of the Licence. 

Once your Licence renewal has been processed, you will only receive an invoice by email to confirm that your Licence has been renewed for the stated period.

Please bear in mind that renewal of the CLA Education Licence is subject to payment of the invoice within 30 days of invoice date.

Manual CLA Education Licence certificates are available on request after payment has been received. If you need one, please send an email with your request to [e-mail]

Alternatively, if you need confirmation from CLA that your organisation has an active CLA Education Licence, e.g. for an outside assessment body, please feel free to get in touch. We can confirm the CLA Education Licence status by email if needed.

You can add the name of the Licensing Coordinator at your organisation to this poster, which will be helpful for staff, who have questions about making scans and photocopies under the CLA Education Licence to share with students.
