To ensure smooth administration and act as a central point of contact, we also ask each HEI to nominate a CLA Licence Coordinator.
We will address all official communication to this person (unless you indicate otherwise – for example, if you would like your invoices to be sent direct to your Finance Department).
The precise responsibilities of your Licence Co-ordinator will depend on the way your HEI is organised, but some examples might be:
- Ensuring that digital copies made for a Course of Study are reported to CLA.
- Liaising with CLA Operations Team staff over the organisation of a Royalties Data Collection Exercise, if and when required.
Please remember to tell us if your Licence Co-ordinator changes. That way we can make sure that all correspondence is sent to the right person. You can let our Customer Success Team know of any changes by emailing education.renewals@cla.co.uk or the Education Team on support.education@cla.co.uk.
