The Licence is negotiated by CLA centrally with the Universities UK / GuildHE Copyright Negotiating and
Advisory Committee (UUK/GuildHE CNAC); those HEIs who are not members of either UUK or GuildHE
are licensed under very similar terms and conditions.
For each year of the Licence (1 August 2024 - 31 July 2024) we will charge for types of registered students as shown:
