- Invoices for the Second Extract Permissions Service are issued on a monthly basis and will cover any orders that have been made in the previous month.
- Invoices include a reference to the Second Extract Permissions Service and a total charge for all transactions from previous months.
- Invoices are no longer itemised so they should be viewed in conjunction with the transaction history. To view the transaction history, please log in here: https://accountlogin.cla.co.uk/login.
- You can also sign into your account via the SEPS website.
- If you don't have a login and need one, please contact us via support.education@cla.co.uk.
- We can add a PO number per monthly invoice. Please email the CLA Customer Success Team on cs@cla.co.uk if you would like to add a PO number to your invoice, either before or after the invoice is issued. The CS Team will be happy to help.
- Your username is the same as your email address or the generic email address that was used to set up your login for this service.
- You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgotten password’ link anytime. If you have any questions on this, please get in touch via education.customers@cla.co.uk or support.education@cla.co.uk
- We send a copy of the invoice by email to the main contact for this service as selected by you. We can also send a copy to an invoice contact if you wish (usually the Accounts Payable department).
- Invoices aren't itemised and should be viewed together with the the transaction history for the service.
- The transaction history can be viewed by any member of your Team who has been set up with login details for this service. We accept generic email addresses, but please note that the email address is the same as the username so we can only use this once, we won't be able to tell you who has placed an order and your Team would have to agree the password.
